Antique Boat Museum – Located in the 1000 Islands on the St. Lawrence River, in Clayton, NY.   The Antique Boat museum is the premier freshwater boating museum in North America.  The Antique Boat Museum’s collection holds over 320 unique boats and thousands of related artifacts and archives. Enjoy a self-guided tour of the museum. 

La Duchesse Houseboat – A guided tour of this 106’ houseboat.  Built in 1903 for hotelier George Boldt, manager of NYC famed Waldorf –Astoria hotel to use as an elegant summer residence.  We will get to see her luxurious interiors, and original furnishings, while hearing the story of this unique summer home from our docent. 

Frederic Remington Museum – Houses a comprehensive collection of original Remington paintings, sketches and sculptures, as well as a broad array of personal effects and correspondence that bring the artist’s vision to life.

Dark Island (Tour of Singer Castle) - A part of American history and local folklore meet at Singer Castle on Dark Island, located on the St. Lawrence River.   Singer Castle is the only remaining/existing castle on the  St. Lawrence River to be completed.  It was fully furnished and resided in during the heyday of the great builders and industrials in New York.  We will have a fully guided tour of Singer Castle included.
