How soon should I book a tour?
Seating assignments and tour space is based on availability. Many trips fill up rapidly, so it is advisable to make your
reservations early.

Do you offer a child discount?
Child discounts apply on some trips. Contact the office for information.

What type of motorcoach do you use?
We charter deluxe motorcoaches with climate control, reclining seats, DVD, and restrooms.

Is smoking permitted on the motorcoach?
Smoking is not permitted. Rest stops are made frequently (every 2-3 hours) to accommodate those who wish to smoke.

May I take drinks or snacks on the motorcoach?
Yes, you may bring food as long as the items can in front of or under your seat. No glass bottles or alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Are meals included in the tour price?
Meals are included if they are listed in the itinerary. Codes for included meals are as follows:
CB= Continental Breakfast          B=Breakfast          L=Lunch          D=Dinner

How should I dress for a tour?
Casual, comfortable clothing and walking shoes are suggested. You may wish to carry a sweater or jacket on the coach due to air-conditioning.

What type of identification is required?
If traveling into Canada, U.S. citizens are required to have a valid passport. Passport applications are available at our office.

May I pay for the tour when I board the motorcoach?
No, payments must be paid prior to departure.

May I make special requests pertaining to my hotel room?
We are happy to pass along any room requests to the hotel. Please understand that these requests are not guaranteed.

Are gratuities included?
The gratuities for all included items (meals, luggage handling, etc) on your itinerary have been included. Customary end-of-trip gratuities for the driver and escort have not been included.

What is the suggested gratuity for the driver and escort?
As posted by the American Bus Association, for a “job well done” it is suggested to tip $2 per person/per day for the Driver and $2 per person/per day for the Escort. We ask that you do this on an individual basis and let the quality of your service be your guide.
