THOMAS TOUR AND TRAVEL™ PROTECTION PLAN

VOUCHER REFUND OPTION
If for any reason you need to cancel, and you contact Thomas Tours & Travel office one day prior to departure, you will receive a travel voucher for the amount of your tour payment. This plan covers the cost of your tour on Thomas Tours & Travel motor coach tour departures only and must be purchased at the time your reservation is made. No shows on the day of departure are not covered. You must call Thomas Tours & Travel to cancel your reservation. Vouchers are valid for one year from the original tour date and are transferrable (someone else can use you voucher). Vouchers are redeemable on any of our motor coach tours or any other form of travel reservations made through Thomas Tours & Travel, such as airline tickets, cruise, island vacations, European tours etc. NO TRAVEL VOUCHERS REFUNDS WITHOUT THE PURCHASE OF TOUR PROTECTION

Tour Protection Cost is based on the total cost of the trip.

Thomas Tours Inc., New Kensington, Pennsylvania, operating as a travel broker under P.U.C. rights # A-00108958, acts solely in the capacity of an agent in behalf of its suppliers in arranging for transportation, lodging, sight-seeing, and any other services, and as such is not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to any act or default on the part of any company or person engaged in any other services which are part of any tour. Thomas Tours Inc. expressly reserves the right to withdraw any tour, or to make any change in the tour, with or without notice, that may become necessary, including substitution of accommodations or transportation. No carrier with whom transportation shall be arranged in connection with the tour shall have or incur any responsibility or liability to any person taking this tour except its liability as a common contract carrier.
