National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force – Located only minutes from Downtown Savannah, where the Eighth Air Force was activated in 1942, the Museum features over 90,000 square feet of exhibits, interactive displays, historical artifacts and a magnificent collection of aviation art. See a visually realistic mission experience, a world renowned research Center and beautiful Memorial Garden. The World War II B-17 Flying Fortress, “City of Savannah,” is undergoing a complete restoration inside the Museum’s Combat Gallery. Come be a part of history in the making!

Grave Encounters Trolley Tour– Thrilling overview of Savannah’s haunted history. Ghostly guides share tales of murder, voodoo, death, disease, and disaster in the Hostess City of the South. You will see the Olde Pink House, known for its supernatural activity, Savannah’s oldest public art museum to enjoy spine-tingling stories and many more.

Mercer-Williams House- This is the one house in Savannah considered to be the most mysterious. This house has seen many tragedies, and those who called it home have been more affected by hauntings than any other citizen of Savannah.

In the island’s north, Fort Screven has 19th-century concrete gun batteries and the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum. The still-functioning 18th-century lighthouse has been rebuilt many times.
