The Midway features more than 60 exhilarating rides sure to excite you, while Kiddieland is home to rides geared toward parents riding with small children. You won't be able to resist all your favorite Fair goodies from any of the nearly 200 food vendors.
Columbus Zoo - Jack Hanna was hired as Director in 1978. His humble attitude, charismatic personality and superhuman energy drove his vision to transform an aging collection of pens and buildings into the world-class education and recreational organization the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium has become. The Columbus Zoo is home to 10,000 animals and is divided into six regions. Each region houses animals from a region and is themed for the particular area of the world they are representing. Older regions are themed less than the newly constructed ones. Themed food and souvenir shops are located throughout the zoo.
Cattle Ranch Tour and Burger Bar (lunch included) - The 75-minute interpretive Longhorn Ranch Tour includes close up viewing of BueLingo, Texas Longhorn and African Watusi cattle herds. The rugged ranch buses bounce across rough Appalachian foot hill pastures and go where the cattle roam -- up close and personal for guests.
