Your journey begins at Wappocomo Station, situated next to a charming homestead and a sprawling view of the mountains. Enjoy the sounds of vintage diesels as they lead you through beautiful pastures and farms dating back to the 1700s.
As we wind along the South Branch of the Potomac River, you’ll enter a visually striking gorge known as The Trough. One of the most scenic spots along the South Branch, The Trough is home to American bald eagles. We will enjoy a full dinner on our trip in the Dining car which has been restored. Excursions are round-trip.

This train station is located in Cumberland, MD and does a round trip with a turnaround in Frostburg, MD for a total 3-hour tour. We will enjoy a luncheon and a signature dessert while riding in the vintage dining cars. Enjoy seeing the fall scenery from the comfort of our train car. There is nothing like a ride on a train. When our train makes a stop in Frostburg, you may either watch how they turn the train around on the turntable or explore the quaint area of Frostburg.
