Wine and Cheesecake at the Mattaponi Winery - A small family winery where you’ll get to experience something new, a pairing of wines with a variety of cheesecake. This winery specializes in fruit wines.
Kenmore Estate - Built by Betty Washington and her husband Fielding Lewis, this Georgian style Mansion reflects the Pre-Revolutionary wealth and status.
Mary Washington House - The last home of George’s mother Mary purchased by him and where she spent her last 17 years of her life.
Rising Sun Tavern - Built by Charles Washington as his home in 1760 and was later opened as a tavern.
Mt Vernon - One of the nation’s most beloved historic sites, Mt. Vernon offers a glimpse into 18th Century plantation life through beautiful gardens and grounds, mansion tour , intriguing museum exhibits and immersive programs honoring Washington’s life and legacy.
