The Andy Warhol Museum
Three Rivers Art Festival

The Andy Warhol Museum is the global keeper of Andy Warhol's legacy. The art collection includes 900 paintings; approximately 100 sculptures; nearly 2,000 works on paper; more than 1,000 published and unique prints; and 4,000 photographs. The collection also features wallpaper and books by Warhol, covering the entire range of his work from all periods. The archives consist mainly of Warhol's papers and other materials from his estate. The film & video collection includes 60 feature films, 200 of Warhol's Screen Tests, and more than 4,000 videos. Exhibition prints of all Warhol films and videos are added to the collection as they are preserved.

Three Rivers Arts Festival quickly grew from the “little outdoor art show” cited above to what is today the region’s largest multidisciplinary showcase of visual art and performing arts. Despite a rapid growth, the Festival’s mission to connect the community to arts and culture has remained consistent throughout the event’s 54-year history. Founded in 1960 by the Women’s Committee of the Carnegie Museum of Art, Three Rivers Arts Festival has presented, during its vast and varied history, more than 10,000 visual and performing artists and entertained millions of residents and visitors.
